A healthcare organisation seeks a Senior FP&A in Taipei to partner with business leaders to drive planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial decision-making in a supportive, flexible environment.

Key responsibilities:

As Senior FP&A, you will lead planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting while partnering with stakeholders to deliver insights that support strategic business decisions.

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver Annual Operating Plan, Strategic Plan, and monthly forecasts covering operating expense (OPEX), headcount, and capital planning
  • Prepare and analyse actuals vs forecast reports, perform variance analysis, and provide insights on key financial movements
  • Develop clear financial presentations and reports to communicate results, recommendations, and strategic insights to stakeholders
  • Support month-end closing activities, maintain product standard costs in ERP systems, and assist with statutory and tax reporting
  • Drive FP&A process improvements, documentation, system enhancements, and provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring strong FP&A experience, deep accounting knowledge, advanced analytical skills, ERP expertise, and the ability to deliver clear financial insights and process improvements.

  • Strong knowledge of corporate accounting policies, procedures, and compliance standards
  • Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and core financial reporting requirements
  • Well-grounded in key financial concepts, principles, and analytical practices
