- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields; an MBA or CPA certification would be considered a significant advantage for this role.
- Bring substantial experience from FMCG, consumer products or retail industries; familiarity with market characteristics specific to Taiwan or Hong Kong is particularly valued post-integration.
- Display strong leadership qualities including the ability to independently lead teams towards efficient task completion; prior experience building or integrating teams is preferred for driving performance outcomes.
- Maintain a proactive attitude towards transformation—embracing change with curiosity while guiding teams through integration projects or process enhancements smoothly.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of financial theory alongside superior analytical skills; capable of quickly identifying issues via sharp data analysis before proposing effective solutions.
