FP&A Assistant Manager
The Assistant Business Analyst Manager supports business performance analysis across products and channels within a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role partners closely with the sales team to evaluate targets, monitor commercial performance, and provide data-driven insights to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct product performance analysis, including sales trends, profitability, and lifecycle evaluation.

Analyze channel performance across key trade channels, identifying risks and growth opportunities.

Work closely with the sales team to support target setting, tracking, and performance evaluation.

Prepare regular business performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.

Support commercial planning activities such as forecasting, budgeting, and promotion effectiveness analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and business transparency.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an FMCG environment, preferably in business analysis, commercial finance, or sales analysis roles.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and channel data.

Experience working closely with sales teams and commercial stakeholders.
