Finance Project Manager

As a Finance Project Manager based in Tainan, you will be entrusted with a broad spectrum of responsibilities that span financial analysis, project management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Your day-to-day activities will involve gathering critical industry intelligence to inform strategic decisions,

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collect and analyze external industry and market data to conduct market and peer benchmarking analysis.

  2. Analyze operating performance of internal business units and invested entities.

  3. Oversee accounting execution and financial management of invested companies and overseas subsidiaries.

  4. Lead, manage, and execute various finance and accounting–related projects.

  5. Evaluate and analyze financial strategies including financing, investments, joint ventures, and acquisitions.

  6. Supervise and review the preparation of financial reports and related operating procedures.

  7. Coordinate with external auditors and support statutory financial audits.

  8. Ensure compliance with regulations and disclosure requirements for listed companies.

  9. Review the preparation of annual reports, prospectuses, shareholders’ meeting materials, and related disclosures.

  10. Supervise and manage the organization of shareholders’ meetings, board meetings, and functional committee meetings, including meeting materials preparation.

Qualifications

  1. Prior experience in listed companies, multinational enterprises (especially in Southeast Asia), or Big Four accounting firms is highly preferred.

  2. Strong knowledge of accounting and finance regulations, with solid financial planning and analysis capabilities (accounting expertise is essential).

  3. Fluent in English with strong communication skills; willingness to accept job rotation or overseas assignment in Southeast Asia is a plus.

  4. Experience with ERP systems such as Digiwin or SAP is preferred.
