Finance Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Finance Manager to join their team in Taipei. This role offers the opportunity to partner with functional teams, align strategies, and support management decision-making processes. This role requires collaboration and stakeholder management skills to work independently and coordinate with the functional teams in Taiwan with an aim to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement financial planning and analysis activities to drive business performance.
• Establish solid understanding and analysis of business performance benchmarking of the market players.
• Transform data into knowledge and insights, manage process of data analytics.
• Support annual budgeting process by conducting operational and financial analysis.
• Provide support in project and asset analysis process by performing commercial and financial assessment.
• Build collaboration and drive effective communication partnering with business owners.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a renowned university or Master degree.
• At least 6 years experiences in accounting and commercial finance.
• Strong business acumen with ability to see big picture with an analytical mind set.
• Open-minded team player with strong ownership attitude.
• Excellent business partnering and project management skills as an individual contributor.
• Proficient in computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
