Group FP&A Manager

Our client is seeking a collaborative, results-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis Group Manager to join their team in Taipei. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support key business initiatives and acting as Finance Business Partner. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical competency, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and serve as a change agent within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and support Senior FP&A Manager as reliable business partners within the organisation.
• Act as brand controller for assigned business units, providing relevant business insights and call-to-actions.
• Work with other FP&A sub-teams to consolidate and analyse total company P&L and by brands P&L.
• Champion standard management reporting on core systems.
• Respect internal control protocol and strive to improve existing SOPs and processes.
• Lead as local SAP super user for various SAP upgrade projects.
• Support Finance Director, Senior FP&A Manager in ad-hoc business simulation.

Key Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related business degree.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Accounting/Finance, including at least +5 years in FP&A.
• +3 years of people managerial experience.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written.
• Prior cosmetic or retail experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• CPA (US/UK/Taiwan/AUS) and/or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) preferred.
