FP&A Manager/Assistant Manager

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Finance Assistant Manager / Finance Manager to join a leading food retail company. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about financial analysis, budgeting, and providing strategic business support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly financial management reports and assist with month-end closing tasks.
2. Review and analyze financial performance, providing reliable data and insights to support business decisions and growth.
3. Conduct P&L simulations for proposed activities and assess financial feasibility.
4. Evaluate the performance of key projects and marketing initiatives, including simulations for business incentive programs.
5. Develop annual budgets and business plans.
6. Prepare monthly rolling forecasts.
7. Manage CapEx projects, including investment reviews and acquisition plans.
8. Support management information requests and handle assigned special projects.
9. Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Relevant work experience with a solid understanding of accounting, finance, taxation, and related regulations.
3. Strong analytical, planning, communication, and coordination skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Fluency in English (spoken and written).
6. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, tax accountant) are a plus.
