What you'll do:
As the Finance Director, your role will be pivotal in overseeing the financial aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will manage production costs across various offices and production sites while serving as a trusted Finance Business Partner to the Leadership team. Your responsibilities will include presenting operational results, explaining variances, providing comprehensive financial oversight, analysing data, advising leadership teams, evaluating strategic decisions, assessing investment projects, representing operations controlling in external partnerships, establishing interfaces between finance organisations and business management, driving efficiency initiatives, and leading a robust finance team.

- Provide comprehensive financial oversight, analysis, and support
- Analyse operational and financial data to determine past performance and project future performance

- Represent operations controlling in external partnership in key operational meetings
- Establish a robust interface between the finance organisation and business management
- Drive initiatives that streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Lead and develop a robust finance team consisting of 7 direct reports
