A world-leading financial service firm is recruiting a Senior Financial Planning ANalyst in Taiwan to join their team. In this job, you will be responsible for leading the business in its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly FIRST Reporting (Flash, P&L, IFRS16, Other Statistics, IT KPI and IT Cost), aTX2.0 Financial Report closing (Big Entry, TXTM Movement) and Topline, costs and expense analysis)
- Monthly Business Review slides preparation including Exec Sum, P&L, Top Line, L&E, Cost of Sales, Personal Cost, etc.
- Being responsible for using various techniques to integrate data from separate systems to create accurate, consistent reports that are readily available for management review
- Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Assist finance head for 3 years plan, Budget, Forecast process financial data upload and retrieve
- Reconcile account balance with operating system
- Assist internal / external audit
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance
- Proven working experience as a FP&A Analyst or Business Data Analyst
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze information
- Strong experience using Excel, Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools including Power BI. Fluency in Excel VBA is a plus
- Good English communication skill
