Finance Manager

A world-leading electronics firm is recruiting a Finance Manager in Taiwan to join their team. In this Finance Manager job, you will be responsible for leading the business in its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees the Singapore, Taiwan and China’s financial functions including accounting, budget, credit, risk, tax, internal audit and treasury
• Directly reports to the VP of Finance (based in Minneapolis, USA). Working closely with the finance VP to support the Asia Pacific Business and overseeing the financial/tax functions of Singapore, Taiwan, and China
• Cooperate with other department head as well as finance VP to perform financial analysis for business decision making support
• Work in a fast-pace global operating model and ability to be a partner to deal with multiple internal and external business
• Responsible for preparing the Business Unit area budget, forecast, reporting, managing credit & collections risks and local tax compliance
• Recommend, implement and monitor, continual improvement and quality initiatives, including personal and professional development, to maximize individual, departmental, and organizational capacity in order to achieve quality and profitability goals

Key Requirements:

• At least 5 years of related experience and the ability to perform complex financial analysis, assess operating metrics, and create presentations that simplify complex or detailed analytics
• Excellence communication ability to influence strategic decisions through effective oral and written communication to senior management roles, stakeholders, cross functional business leaders, and peers
• Strong analytical skills demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy, required
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
• CPA is a plus
