M&A and Investment Supervisor/Specialist

A global technology organisation in Taipei is seeking an M&A and Investment Supervisor/Specialist to lead strategic deals, drive growth, and collaborate with domestic and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

As a Mergers and Acquisitions and Investment Supervisor, you will play a key role in identifying, executing, and integrating high-impact investment opportunities.

• Assess potential investment and acquisition targets aligned with corporate strategy through market, industry, and company research
• Lead end-to-end M&A transactions, including investment thesis, due diligence, valuation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure
• Manage the full transaction process with internal stakeholders, business units, corporate functions, external advisors, and sell-side parties
• Support post-merger integration, track investment performance, and resolve issues to ensure synergy realisation and target returns
• Partner with business leaders on BU and corporate M&A strategy while building strong domestic and international investor network relationships

Candidate profile:

You are an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions professional with a proven track record of executing complex transactions from start to finish.

• 5+ years of experience in strategic investment and end-to-end M&A transaction execution
• Strong expertise in target assessment, including strategic fit, financial analysis, valuation, and synergy evaluation
• Background in corporate investment, venture capital, investment banking, or financial advisory is highly preferred
• Familiarity with the electronics industry, with strong project management skills to drive multi-stakeholder execution
• Proactive team player with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
