Investment Analyst

This role is responsible for conducting market and capital market analysis, identifying and evaluating investment and M&A opportunities, and supporting due diligence across potential targets and fund investments. The position plays a key role in researching industries, companies, and geographic markets to support the company’s strategic growth and investment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct market analysis and development assessments, with a strong understanding of stock market trends and capital market research preferred.

2. Identify, screen, and organize potential investment and M&A targets; perform due diligence on target companies, industries, and geographic markets.

3. Compile and review fund investment opportunities; conduct analysis and due diligence on potential fund investments.

4. Plan and execute research related to the company’s strategic and investment initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a listed company or financial institution.

2. Solid understanding of financial statements, with strong industry analysis, business analysis, and logical synthesis skills.

3. Experience in analyzing domestic and/or international investment opportunities, including prior research or internship experience, is preferred.
