Finance Assistant Manager

A leading organisation in Taipei is seeking a Supervisor of Treasury and Controlling to join their dedicated finance team. This role offers you the opportunity to play a pivotal part in managing cash flow, funding needs, and financial reporting, all while supporting key business decisions and ensuring the company’s treasury targets are met. You will be empowered to collaborate across departments, contribute to process improvements, and support trade execution as a deputy.

Key Responsibility:

  • Finance / Controlling

    • Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial closing, reporting, and management analysis.

    • Conduct variance and deviation analysis, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

    • Collaborate with IT on planning, investment, and system utilization to optimize financial processes.

    • Manage overhead, cost control, and KPI monitoring to achieve efficiency and compliance.

    • Lead annual budget and rolling forecast processes to align with business objectives.


    Business Partnership

    • Provide financial expertise and analysis to support cross-functional initiatives.

    • Reconcile sales data and portfolio performance with commercial teams to ensure accuracy.

    • Review and verify campaign code setups to maintain reporting integrity.

    • Partner with front-office and operational teams to improve financial visibility and performance.

    • Strengthen collaboration between finance and business units to drive organizational goals.


    Treasury & Process Optimization

    • Support treasury operations, including trade execution and cash flow management.

    • Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and control.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or portfolio management; experience in financial or banking industry is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Power BI preferred.

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently under pressure with strong teamwork spirit.
