Commercial Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Manager to join a dynamic team in the renewable energy sector. This role involves managing budgets, contracts, and costs, as well as supporting project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare budget calculations and provide support to the sales team.
  2. Manage contracts and variations with clients and subcontractors involved in wind farm projects.
  3. Monitor and control costs during project implementation.
  4. Handle commercial cost and activity accounting.
  5. Prepare proposals for additional project works and services (e.g., electrical and civil works).
  6. Support the procurement team in sourcing project services.
  7. Provide commercial guidance to the project team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  1. Knowledge or practical experience in variation, project, or contract management.
  2. Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  5. Positive, proactive approach to teamwork with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  6. Independent and self-motivated working style.
