Key responsibilities:

As an Investor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for developing robust strategies that build confidence among investors while ensuring all communications reflect the company’s values.

• Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies aligned with organisational goals to build stakeholder confidence
• Prepare engaging presentations, press releases, and communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and investor meetings
• Organise conferences, road shows, and other investor-focused events to ensure transparent dialogue between the company and its stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting across all communication channels
• Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to inform leadership decisions

Candidate profile:

Your extensive background as an Investor Relations Manager equips you with invaluable experience navigating complex capital markets environments. Your profile includes:

• 5+ years in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Corporate Finance; Taiwan IPO experience preferred
• Strong understanding of capital markets; TMT or SaaS experience is a plus
• Solid knowledge of TWSE/TPEx listing rules and Securities and Exchange Act
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyse financials, prepare reports, and support strategic investor initiatives
