Key responsibilities:

As a CFO, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations across multiple jurisdictions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage the overall finance and administration function
  • Oversee financial operations including accounting, treasury, and reporting processes
  • Manage and monitor overseas subsidiaries, ensuring financial oversight and compliance
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on financial and administrative matters
  • Support operational efficiency by maintaining accurate financial records and controls

  • Hands-on experience managing overseas subsidiaries or multi-jurisdictional entities
  • Expertise in accounting principles, treasury operations, budgeting processes, and financial reporting standards
