(CPA)Senior Manager – Financial Accounting and Reporting
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accounting & Reporting Lead (CPA Required) to join our finance team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of financial reporting for the Taiwan market.
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial statements, maintaining high-quality financial records in compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
- Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes, ensuring strong internal controls and proper segregation of duties.
- Conduct regular stock counts, asset reviews, and disposal assessments to uphold financial integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency and support business operations.
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Act as the key finance liaison between local, regional, and global teams, providing insights and financial data to support decision-making.
Tax Compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local tax authorities, working closely with tax consultants and internal teams to ensure compliance.
- Manage corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax, and transfer pricing calculations, ensuring timely submission and compliance with local tax laws.
- Support tax-related audits and reviews by coordinating with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
Treasury Management
- Oversee banking relationships and operational treasury activities.
- Manage dividend payments and cash flow processes as required.
Leadership & Special Projects
- Lead the local Finance Business Services (FBS) team, fostering collaboration with the Market CFO and regional finance teams.
- Drive key projects that enhance financial health, including process optimization and compliance initiatives.
- Monitor credit limits, stock releases, and oversee financial risk management activities.
- Ensure timely reporting of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and tax transparency (TVT) requirements.
- Manage finance-related employee benefits and administrative processes.
- Provide strategic insights in financial reporting to support business decisions at the market level.
