CFO

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy, operations, and team of our organization. This leadership role requires an individual with strong experience in accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), compliance, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Management:

   • Oversee the accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).

   • Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

   • Ensure financial integrity, accuracy, and transparency across all financial data and reports.

2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

   • Lead the FP&A team to provide strategic financial insights and analysis to guide decision-making processes.

   • Prepare and present financial forecasts, variance analysis, and performance metrics to senior management.

   • Develop and refine financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

3. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:

   • Ensure the organization’s financial operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

   • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

   • Implement robust compliance frameworks and risk management processes to mitigate financial risks.

4. Internal Control & Risk Management:

   • Establish and maintain a strong internal control environment to safeguard the organization’s assets and ensure financial data integrity.

   • Continuously assess and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.

   • Drive internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with both internal and external standards.

5. Strategic Leadership & Commercial Acumen:

   • Provide financial leadership and strategic advice to the CEO and senior management team.

   • Contribute to the company’s business strategy with a strong commercial sense, ensuring financial decisions align with business objectives.

   • Identify opportunities for business growth, cost optimization, and profitability improvement.

   • Foster a culture of financial accountability and commercial awareness within the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or relevant financial certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.

• Proven experience (10+ years) in financial leadership roles, with a solid background in accounting, FP&A, compliance, and internal controls.

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
