What You Will Do:

• Assist senior management with overall financial planning, management, and analysis for the company.
• Oversee and manage daily financial and accounting activities, including bookkeeping, general ledger, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Participate in annual budgeting and monitor budget performance throughout the year.
• Assess and manage financial risks, ensuring the company’s financial health.
• Collaborate with external accounting firms to ensure compliance with financial reporting and tax regulations.
• Provide financial advice and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Optimize financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What Will Be a Plus:

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Experience with or exposure to blockchain technology and crypto-related products.
• Previous experience in a software startup or multinational company.
• Experience in implementing financial management systems.
