Chief Financial Officer

Our client is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join their team in Taipei. This role offers the opportunity to oversee financial operations, manage manufacturing plants in Southeast Asia, and lead a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company's financial operations, including financial statements, budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, and financial risk management.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term growth objectives.
• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the finance department, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Supervise and manage the financial operations of manufacturing plants in Southeast Asia.
• Ensure compliance with local government regulations and financial policies, maintaining good relations with government authorities and the community.
• Coordinate and optimize fund allocation and financial reporting across different plants.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
• Set team goals and performance evaluation standards to ensure team members achieve expected performance.
• Promote cross-department collaboration to align financial decisions with business strategies.
• Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations, particularly financial and tax regulations in Southeast Asia.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent are preferred.
• At least 10 years of financial management experience, with experience in the textile industry.
• Extensive experience managing financial operations for manufacturing plants in Southeast Asia.
• Proven track record of leading and managing finance teams.
• Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and other financial management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
