Senior Accountant

An FMCG company seeks a Senior Accountant in Taipei to manage AR, credit, and collections, engage stakeholders, and drive process improvement in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

As a Senior Accountant in Taipei, you will oversee end-to-end accounts receivable, ensure strong controls, collaborate across departments, and drive process improvements.

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and credit processes to ensure accurate and timely collections
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to resolve billing, credit, and collection issues
• Maintain and enhance operational controls and governance within AR, credit, and collections
• Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen financial operations and compliance

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring hands-on AR/credit/collections experience, strong ERP and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams while driving process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience in Order-to-Cash operations
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including billing, credit & collections, and accounts receivable, preferably within a GBS environment
• Familiarity with FMCG industry operations is highly desirable
