Key responsibilities:

As a Finance Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining strong internal controls. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency while staying compliant with IFRS standards and Taiwan tax regulations

  • Prepare detailed financial reports to support strategic decision-making across departments
  • Manage daily accounting entries and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
  • Ensure compliance by staying updated on IFRS standards, Taiwan tax regulations, and local accounting requirements
  • Assist in designing and implementing robust internal control procedures to safeguard assets
  • Collaborate with auditors by preparing documentation and addressing queries promptly

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate brings technical expertise in finance and accounting alongside strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum of five years of experience in finance or accounting roles with proven ability to manage complex tasks effectively
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, Taiwan tax regulations, and local accounting practices
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail for interpreting large volumes of data accurately
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining financial concepts clearly across all levels of the organisation
