Accounting Manager — TW Listed Company

A Taiwan-listed company seeks an Accounting Manager in Hsinchu City to oversee TIFRS/IFRS reporting, compliance, and audits with exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

Key responsibilities:

As Accounting Manager, you will lead financial reporting, audits, compliance, budgeting, and complex accounting matters including investments and M&A.

• Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements under TIFRS/IFRS, manage closing processes, and support external audits
• Assess regulatory or transaction impacts on financial reporting and analyse differences across international accounting standards
• Handle complex accounting matters including investments, M&A, corporate bond issuance, and compensation or incentive plans
• Develop annual budgets, perform P&L analysis, and prepare budgeted financial statements
• Maintain strong internal controls (e.g., SOX 404 compliance) and prepare financial reports for statutory meetings, annual reports, and subsidiary oversight

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring a Taiwan CPA, listed company experience, regulatory expertise, leadership, and strong English communication.

• Over 10 years in a CPA firm, including 7+ years auditing listed manufacturing companies or in knowledge management
• Taiwan CPA license required, U.S. CPA license is a plus
• English proficiency, with a TOEIC score of 800 or higher
• Proven leadership with strong communication, coordination, and project management capabilities
