  • Control the accounts receivable ledger and oversee the dunning process to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances from clients.
  • Carry out depreciation runs, post accruals, deferrals, revaluations, write-offs, provisions, and other necessary period closing entries as required.
  • Reconcile clearing accounts and intercompany transactions to guarantee transparency in financial reporting.
  • Prepare annual statutory financial statements in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS requirements while liaising with auditors throughout the process.
  • Comply with headquarters treasury guidelines by supporting effective credit risk management and implementing robust cash management strategies.
  • Deliver reliable liquidity forecasts to headquarters on time while managing local insurance topics according to established guidelines.
  • Implement internal controls by collaborating with finance directors to assure compliance with headquarters policies and local regulations.
  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, ad hoc analyses, and process improvement projects.
  • Take responsibility for all tax topics by working closely with finance directors, headquarters tax teams, and shared services on transfer pricing matters.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of six years’ relevant experience in accounting within a similar organisation is essential for success in this role.
  • Extensive knowledge of local tax regulations as well as proficiency in both local GAAP and IFRS ensures you can navigate complex compliance requirements confidently.
  • Exceptional communication skills enable you to convey information precisely, effectively, and convincingly when interacting with internal or external stakeholders.
  • Your self-motivation empowers you to work independently while remaining responsive under pressure within a collaborative team setting.
  • Fluency in English is required so you can communicate seamlessly across global teams.
  • Flexibility paired with a cooperative attitude makes you an ideal fit for an inclusive workplace focused on teamwork.

About the Organization:

This organisation stands out for its commitment to creating a supportive environment where every team member’s contributions are valued.
