Senior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end accounting and tax operations with a strategic mindset, ensuring financial accuracy while providing proactive guidance to stakeholders on compliance, risks, and opportunities.

• Drive month-end and year-end closings with insight, delivering high-quality P&L reviews, balance sheet analysis, and consolidated reporting that directly support business leaders in data-driven decision-making.

• Serve as a trusted partner to auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, banks, and government authorities, ensuring seamless regulatory compliance and safeguarding the organisation’s financial reputation.

• Champion finance transformation and analytical initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting processes, strengthen controls, and elevate operational efficiency.

• Build strong, influence-based partnerships across the organisation, fostering open communication and mentoring team members to support business goals, strengthen alignment, and drive collective success.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience supervising daily accounting functions including general ledger management, VAT processing, business taxes, and monthly reporting cycles within complex organisations.
• Proven track record of delivering accurate consolidated financial information under tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing month-end/year-end close processes including preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of balance sheets and profit & loss accounts, as well as conducting comprehensive account analysis.
• Excellent communication skills enabling effective liaison with auditors, tax agents, legal professionals, bankers, corporate secretaries, and government authorities on regulatory matters.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while remaining responsive to evolving business needs or additional assignments as required.
