Our client is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Finance Manager to join their team in Taipei. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing monthly closings, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and cash flow planning, as well as delivering regular financial performance reports. This is a great opportunity to develop full-scope finance skills.

  • Lead the preparation and submission of monthly closings, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets to headquarters, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Deliver regular financial performance reports, including in-depth analysis on sales, cost structures, and profitability, to support both local and global decision-making.

  • Monitor and highlight key business metrics and variances, providing insights and commentary to help the leadership team track performance against targets and identify unexpected trends.

  • Oversee cash flow planning by tracking weekly and monthly forecasts, conducting variance analysis, and ensuring healthy liquidity.

  • Perform inventory-related financial reviews to support stock management and operational efficiency.

  • Handle all audit-related requirements including VAT filings, tax submissions, financial audit coordination, and internal control documentation.

  • Support the ongoing development of the finance team, fostering continuous improvement and skill advancement.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations and financial insights to senior management on an ad-hoc basis.
