• Enhance tutorials, FAQs, and other customer support materials

What you bring:

• Proven work experience in customer success, account management or a related field
• Strong communication skills coupled with business and customer risk management ability
• Exceptional customer service and analytical skills
• A bachelor's degree or above in a related field is often preferred
• Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of the product or service from a software perspective
• Fluency in English speaking and writing
